1. Definitions

• “QureVisitor”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” – refers to the owner and operator of this visitor management software.
• “User”, “You”, “Customer”, “Client” – refers to the individual or entity using our services.
• “Service” – visitor management software and modules/features provided by QureVisitor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. By using QureVisitor, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. License & Usage Rights

• We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license based on your subscription.
• You must not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software.
• Offline installation is allowed only for valid licensed customers.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Services are available via monthly/yearly/offline license plans.
• Payments must be made in advance.
• Services may be suspended for payment failures.
• Applicable taxes (like GST in India) are extra.

5. Free Trials & Demos

Free trials may be offered for limited periods. QureVisitor may modify or discontinue trials without prior notice.

6. Account & Data Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• All data entered by you, your staff, or visitors is your responsibility.
• We are not liable for data loss caused by user error or hardware failure.

7. Data Privacy

8. Software Updates & Maintenance

• We release updates, enhancements, and bug fixes regularly.
• Online customers receive updates automatically.
• Offline users may need manual updates as per support agreements.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel anytime by contacting support.
• No refunds for partial usage, setup fees, or post-installation (offline).
• Custom plans/add-ons are non-refundable.

10. Support & SLA

• Standard support via email, phone, or WhatsApp during business hours.
• Enterprise plans may include priority support and custom SLAs.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QureVisitor:

• For illegal or unauthorized activities.
• To distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• To access unauthorized systems or accounts.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, trademarks, and assets belong to QureVisitor or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

14. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate terms or fail to pay.
• Your data may be permanently deleted after termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the latest Terms.
