1. Free Trial & Demo
We offer a free demo or limited trial so users can evaluate QureVisitor before purchasing. After the demo/trial, all purchases are considered final unless eligible under our refund conditions.
2. Refund Eligibility
a. Online Subscriptions:
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Software must not have been heavily used (limited logins, no significant data added).
- No refunds after 7 days.
b. Offline Licenses:
- Non-refundable once license key is issued or installation is completed.
- In case of installation issues from our side, free re-installation/support is provided—not refunds.
c. Custom Setup & Integration:
- Customization
- Setup & onboarding
- Training
- Data import
- Third-party integrations
- All of these are non-refundable as they are time & resource based.
3. Renewal Payments
- Recurring subscriptions (monthly/yearly) must be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds for auto-renewals after the due date.
- Failure to cancel on time does not qualify for refund.
4. Payment Disputes
Raising chargebacks or disputes without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy. Please email [email protected] for billing concerns before escalating to your bank.
