Connected visitor experience

Every visit, governed end to end.

From invitation and approval to arrival, presence, workplace access and check-out, Qure keeps every stage connected without collapsing identity, visit, presence and credentials into one state.

01
Before arrival

Prepare the visit before the front desk gets involved.

Qure creates a visit context around a persistent visitor identity, then applies the requirements of the destination, visit type and governing workflow.

Invitation & pre-registrationHost, purpose, location, expected time and visitor details stay attached to the Visit.
Identity matchingReturning people can map to an existing Visitor without merging separate visit occurrences.
Consent & requirementsNDA, privacy consent, documents and policy-specific fields can be collected before arrival.

Arrival & verification

Recognize the visit. Verify only what policy requires.

Visitors can arrive through reception, QR or kiosk experiences. Qure matches the arrival to the intended Visit and keeps sensitive controls away from public-facing screens.

Purpose-built arrival modesReception-assisted, mobile QR and kiosk flows share the same governed visit state.
Configurable verificationOTP, photo or ID requirements appear only when the applicable workflow calls for them.
Host visibilityReception can see host and approval state without exposing restricted security reasons.

Public experience stays need-to-know.If a security condition needs review, the visitor sees a neutral waiting state—not the sensitive reason.
03
Approval & security

Automate routing. Keep judgment human.

Host and policy approvals remain auditable. Screening signals can open Security Review, but reception does not silently bypass required decisions and AI does not make critical access decisions.

Host approval lifecycleRequested, approved, rejected and expired states remain explicit.
Security ReviewPotential matches create a controlled review case rather than automatic permanent denial.
Decision evidenceActor, timestamp, source, reason and applicable workflow version stay with the result.

Check-in, presence & access

Check-in starts Presence. Access remains its own lifecycle.

A successful check-in starts the on-site Presence record. Badge and physical-access credentials are governed separately so desired entitlement is never confused with the actual PACS state.

Explicit PresenceAn invitation or approval does not mean a person is on-site. Presence begins only at check-in.
Credential issuanceBadge and access credentials can be issued, activated, reconciled and revoked independently.
Operational visibilityReception and security can see who is actually inside, overdue or affected by an emergency.

Check-out & closure

Departure closes Presence—and verifies what else must end.

Check-out records the actual departure, ends Presence and triggers credential closure. Exceptions remain visible instead of being silently treated as complete.

Presence ends explicitlyThe on-site state ends at check-out, not when the expected departure time passes.
Credential closureBadge return and PACS revocation can be confirmed independently and reconciled.
Exceptions surfacedUnreturned badge, active credential or overdue visit remains operationally visible.

Traceable visit record

Keep the history that explains what actually happened.

The Visitor identity persists across visits. Each Visit retains its own execution context, including decisions, Presence, credentials and the policy or workflow version that applied at the time.

Historical execution contextPublishing tomorrow’s workflow does not rewrite yesterday’s visit history.
Critical action metadataActor, timestamp, source, reason and resulting state remain available for audit.

Purpose-built experiences

Different arrival modes. One governance model.

Qure does not force every participant into a responsive desktop screen. Each experience is purpose-built while sharing the same visit, approval, presence, security and audit model.
